My Golf 3 VR6 Turbo history from Norwegen
Hello.
Im 35 years old from Norwegen. Here a little story from my 1996 Golf VR6 Turbo.
In 2006 i got a Z-Engineering ZR2 kompressor. 0.6 bar was booring..
OZ Mito 1, 3 piece..
2007, Turbokit from Kinetic motorsports Canada and a SQS 02A with Peloquin:
After 1 month only on 1 bar boost:
Soo...From 81mm to 82.5mm 9:1.
1mm SPTurbo spacer. From 9:1 to 8.4:1
Got a 02M from a 2002 Golf R32:

2011.
New clutch. Clutchmasters FX850 twindisc. I still use this clutch. No problems. Up to 1.9 - 2 bar boost pressure.

Have a question, are there springs at the motor/transmission mount? And what is in there, seems like some metalstuff?

Metal spring an something that can look like some metalstuff that you clean dirty kitchen's with The mount is very strong and has been holding up very well.

In the Army they say: Learning by doing.
This has been like that. Biggest fail people do to the 02M in big power VR6 is to weak clutches. You will need a twindisc to have something that holds the torque over 400whp.
Do not know how much hp/torque.
But the GT35R doesnt have any more air to give me past 2 bar.
C2 Software and Pro-Maf is really great. The fuel regulation is shut off, so with a adjustable fuel regulator"Fuelab" i can adjust AFR as i want it. 3bar oem gives AFR 11.7 on 1.5 bar.
I can run 50/50 E85 mix and adjust the fuel pressure for perfect AFR.
What 02M gearmount solutution is most common in Germany?
